Van Roberts, Director
Van is a writer, editor and the director of Little Raven Publishing. She is driven by a love for original, strong, quality writing.
Talia Eilon, Managing Editor
Talia Eilon (BA Fr, BA Hons Eng) has been editing since 1998 and joined Little Raven in 2012. She’s worked as a translator, English teacher, marketing editor and has judged the Lord Mayor’s Creative Writing Award. She has a soft spot for speculative fiction – fantasy, weird, gothic – and, of course, erotica. She finds working with writers deeply rewarding, and sees it as a lesson not just for the author, but also herself. Talia edited Little Raven One, Little Raven Two, Little Raven Three, Little Raven Four and A Storytelling of Ravens: The Best of Little Raven Publishing 2011 – 2014.
Sky Ingledew, Editor and Event Assistant
Sky has a Bachelor of Theatre, a Graduate Diploma of Arts Management, and is undertaking a Bachelor of Creative Writing and Publishing at NMIT. During an Editing subject, Sky suddenly had a revelation/religious experience/epiphany that she was in love – and destined for a life forever entwined with the written word. Well, correcting the written word… Some may call it a disorder, Sky chooses to refer to it as a calling (as least, that’s what her therapist has advised…) She is a regular contributor to NMIT’s Slam Magazine, and is passionate about supporting local authors and artists. Sky edited A Storytelling of Ravens: The Best of Little Raven Publishing 2011 – 2014, Little Raven Three and Little Raven Four.
Caz Lou, Editorial Assistant
Caz has been a part of the adult industry since 2005. Beginning with a stint of modelling, she has since geared her focus to the sectors of promotion, advocacy, marketing and advisory. Caz has considered creative writing strictly as a hobby from her teenage years. However, recently being encouraged to attend a Little Raven workshop she has now decided to include this into her repertoire.
Stu Lynch, Writer/Editor
Stu Lynch is a Melbourne-based Scottish writer and editor, active in the pursuit of knowledge, happiness and the ultimate cheap red wine. He has never actually had sex, but he imagines it to be a lot of fun. ‘If you like your erotic fiction with a cheeky twist of lemon – I’m your badger,’ says Stu. Stu edited Little Raven One, Little Raven Two, The Brunswick Street Strip and A Storytelling of Ravens: The Best of Little Raven Publishing 2011 – 2014.
Dionne Seah, Editor
Despite how the day might find her, Dionne always finds time to devour books and video games (not literally, mind you). She’s in love with being an editor since it’s rewarding, though she jokingly says it’s because she gets to correct people’s mistakes for a living. Some of her friends don’t quite agree with her humour on that, but none the matter. Oh, and she absolutely loves animals, especially reptiles. Dionne edited A Storytelling of Ravens: The Best of Little Raven Publishing 2011 – 2014, Little Raven Three and Little Raven Four.
Mark Russell Dean, Art Direction
As Mark Russell Dean cannot spell or gramaticise, he is not an editor. He is does however know one end of Photoshop from Illustrator and much of Little Raven’s design work and Art Direction is his. When not adding boobies or willies to Little Raven posters (an activity that suits his very English sense of double entendre), Mark is the Communications Manager at TEDxSpringStreet. Mark created the Little Raven logo, the covers of Little Raven One, Little Raven Two, A Storytelling of Ravens: The Best of Little Raven Publishing 2011 – 2014 and a range of event posters.
Jane Christensen, Illustrator
Jane Christensen is a graphic designer with years of experience in the world of corporate communication. Having recently taken the leap into freelancing, she is thoroughly enjoying the variety of work that is coming her way – including, of course, the Little Raven covers. Jane’s most guilty pleasure is eating blue cheese in the bath. Jane created the covers of Little Raven Three, Exchanges and Little Raven Four.
